Summary Of Duties
Performs various tasks in the repair and/or maintenance of company facilities.
- Performs carpenter work in the alteration, repair and maintenance of dry wall, doors, door frames, stairs and other building structures.
- Paints walls, doors, cabinets and other building structures.
- Performs minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Performs installation of barriers such as bollards and wall and structural protections.
- Provides input regarding building contractors and their services.
- Performs other related duties and tasks as required.

Summary Of Minimum Qualifications
- Education equivalent to a High School Diploma with six years previous related experience.
- A thorough knowledge of OSHA and EPA guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of structural construction.
- Knowledge of building codes in Utah.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Ability to follow through on details and complete tasks with a minimum amount of direct supervision.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
