Facilities Maintenance Site Superintendent - Construction

What You'll Do

• Check in daily on construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, providing input on budgets, cost estimates, and project financials.
• Maintain project schedules in adherence to facility requirements and ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Cook up coordination with employees, management, contractors, and facility representatives to minimize disruption to operations, and provide accurate project reporting, forecasting, and progress updates, along with support for project teams to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Manage maintenance tasks through MaintainX, perform hands-on maintenance work as needed to ensure on-time delivery and operational continuity, and maintain availability for on-call support to address urgent maintenance needs.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in active production environments
• Knowledge of building codes and safety protocols
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Compensation and Benefits

• $75,000 to $95,000 per year

Schedule

Full time, on site, with availability for on-call support.
