Construction Site Superintendent

About the role

CMTA, a Legence Company, is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs).

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings for scope, constructability, and cost savings
• Aid with pre-construction walkthroughs and subcontractor selection
• Develop construction schedule and manage subs to hit required milestones on schedule
• Administer safety program
• Manage equipment lead times and order construction related items
• Lead construction review meetings and document progress weekly
• Support the commissioning effort and register applicable equipment for warranties
• Coordinate owner training and address project issues
• Develop O&M manuals and as-builts

Requirements

• Experience with both HVAC/mechanical systems and commercial construction
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Pay

Pay ranges are determined based on relevant job-related factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.

Schedule

Travel is required to job sites. During heavy construction, the Construction Site Superintendent is on-site at all times. During other project periods, they may work at the office or possibly remotely.
