What You'll Do

• Lead field operations on commercial projects from $100K to $15MM
• Manage daily jobsite activity, scheduling, safety, and quality
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and the project team
• Coach field staff and maintain organized, productive jobsites

• Projects stay on schedule and issues are resolved quickly
• Clients and trade partners trust your leadership
• Work is completed with strong quality and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Commercial construction field or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and codes
• Ability to lead crews, solve problems, and communicate well
• Layout or survey experience
• Computer skills
• Valid driver's license

Compensation and Benefits

• $60,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience
• PTO and holiday pay

• Ongoing training with OSHA certification

Work Location / Schedule

Project-based jobsite work. Final posting should confirm location, schedule, and employment type.
