Facilities Maintenance Site Superintendent provides maintenance, installation, and consulting support for building and infrastructure.

• Daily check in on construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Provide input on budgets, cost estimates, and project financials.
• Work with Department Manager to maintain project schedules with adherence to facility requirements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Cook up with TRUMPF employees, management, contractors, and facility representatives to minimize disruption to operations.
• Provide accurate project reporting, forecasting, and progress updates.
• Provide support for project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain availability for on-call support to address urgent maintenance needs and minimize downtime.

Required Skills

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is of benefit.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in active production environments.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Great attention to detail, quality and excellence.
