About the role

CMTA, a Legence Company, is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs).

Responsibilities

  • Review project drawings for scope, constructability, and cost savings
  • Aid in pre-construction walkthroughs and subcontractor selection
  • Develop construction schedule and manage subs to hit required milestones on schedule
  • Create and administer safety programs
  • Manage equipment lead times and order construction related items
  • Lead construction review meetings and document progress weekly
  • Support commissioning efforts and register applicable equipment for warranties
  • Coordinate owner training and address project issues
  • Develop operation and maintenance manuals and as-built documentation

Requirements

  • Experience with both HVAC/mechanical systems and commercial construction
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The Construction Site Superintendent works on-site during heavy construction phases and may work remotely or in the office during other project periods.
