Responsibilities

• Play a key leadership role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the entire club.
• Guide and support the housekeeping team.
• Ensure high standards are consistently met across locker rooms, fitness floors, studios, and common areas.
• Create an environment that reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism.
• Bleed hands-on leadership, attention to detail, accountability, and operational awareness to ensure our members walk into a space that feels cared for, organized, and ready for them every day.
