About the role
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the company's facilities. They ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage the day-to-day operations of the facilities team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage the facilities team
- Respond to emergency situations
- Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and upgrades
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience managing a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
