About the role

The Facilities Engineering Analyst will operate under general supervision with responsibilities that include data collection and analysis, internal and external communications, record and document creation, maintenance and archiving, report generation, metric reporting, project coordination, and event planning. This position drives Facilities Engineering systems, projects, and responsibilities at the PCI Rockford sites.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling of internal resources and contractors/vendors for the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, utilities, and facilities systems.
  • Handle preventative maintenance scheduling, data analysis, and compliance monitoring.
  • Collect data from various sources, perform analysis, and generate reports for Facilities metrics.
  • Lead and support ESG initiatives at all Rockford-based PCI facilities; schedule and oversee the Rockford ESG Team calendar.
  • Manage inventory purchasing, cost containment, and budget assessment.
  • Serve as a support resource for Tridium Building Automation Systems and as a department SME for the Master Control quality management system and CMMS.
  • Support planning and execution of new initiatives and ongoing operations by tracking key deadlines, organizing stakeholder meetings, and coordinating communication efforts.
  • Develop, implement, support, and expand ESG initiatives within PCI, PCI suppliers, and customers.
  • Act as the principal point of contact for inquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Assist with the development and testing of new systems, applications, and reports.
  • Compile budgets considering actual performance, previous expenditures, and estimated expenses; review, monitor, and analyze expenditures to explain variances.
  • Demonstrate excellent technical and working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Smartsheets.
  • Adhere to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, and rules.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or 1-5 years of related experience and/or training.
  • College-level mathematical skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to perform complex computer tasks and knowledge of various programs.
  • Minimum professional proficiency in communication: ability to participate effectively in conversations and read standard items for general readers.
  • High reasoning ability to solve practical problems with concrete variables in limited standardization scenarios and interpret various instructions.
  • Experience helping an organization plan and manage change to meet strategic objectives.

Pay

The hiring rate for this position is $62,960.00 - $70,830.00 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by factors including experience, education, credentials, geography, and expertise.
