About the role
The Facilities Engineering Analyst position at PCI is designed to onboard an employee with the necessary skills to drive Facilities Engineering systems, projects, and responsibilities at the PCI Rockford sites. This role operates under general supervision and involves coordinating scheduling, preventative maintenance, data analysis, and report generation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating scheduling of internal resources and contractors/vendors for the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds, utilities and facilities systems.
- Preventative maintenance scheduling, data analysis, and compliance monitoring.
- Collecting and consolidating information from various sources, performing analysis, and generating reports for Facilities metrics.
- Leading and supporting Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives at all Rockford-based PCI facilities and overseeing the ESG team's calendar.
- Inventory purchasing, cost containment, and budget assessment.
- Supporting Tridium Building Automation Systems.
- Maintaining and supporting the Master Control Quality Management System (CMMS) department.
- Serving as the principal point of contact for responding to inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Aiding in the development and testing of new systems, applications, and reports.
- Tracking key deadlines and deliverables, organizing stakeholder meetings, and coordinating communication efforts as needed.
- Developing, implementing, and expanding ESG initiatives within PCI, its suppliers, and customers.
- May compile budgets considering actual performance, previous expenditures, and estimated expenses.
- May review, monitor, and analyze expenditures and explain variances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 1-5 years related experience and/or training.
- College Level Mathematical Skills.
- Intermediate Computer Skills: Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and has knowledge of various computer programs.
- Minimum Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak in a way that allows one to participate effectively in various conversations.
- Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction.
- Ability to display original thinking and creativity.
