Facilities Analyst
This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, supporting Spirit’s Commercial Business Units (“Spirit Commercial”). Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners. Core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles, and wing components, with a focus on innovative composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plans and integrates the resources necessary for maintaining or improving company assets.
- Collaborate with maintenance technicians/managers and production leadership to establish schedules for equipment and systems.
- Create and analyze reports and equipment data to identify potential issues and develop maintenance strategies to prevent breakdowns or failures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment histories, and maintenance logs.
- Manage computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other relevant software to facilitate documentation and analysis of maintenance data; ensuring accurate documentation.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives and ensure effective maintenance practices.
- Generate reports to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance (KPIs).
- Recommend and implement continuous process improvements.
- Analyze and improve facilities methods and conditions.
- Coordinate activities with other company organizations and customers.
- Interface with company organizations, customers, and suppliers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter that can work under general direction in a highly collaborative, team-based environment.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (Basic Qualifications)
- 5 years of facilities experience (Preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Preferred)
- Experience with Maximo CMMS software (Preferred)
- Experience with Power BI and SQL (Preferred)

Pay
Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range (Entry Level Level 1): $48,100–$73,750
