About the role
Camping World is seeking a Finance & Insurance Director to oversee all customer financial activities within the Florida territory.
Responsibilities
- Aid the sales desk in negotiating deals.
- Select appropriate lenders, secure approvals, obtain customer commitments, and finalize deliveries.
- Comply with all F&I office procedures and contract flows.
- Manage contract placements to maximize F&I PVR.
- Promote front-end gross profit and avoid reductions without GM approval.
- Monitor and manage contracts in transit, ensuring timely funding through communication with the business office.
- Track and analyze F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetrations.
- Coordinate scheduling and staffing to meet departmental needs.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings for F&I training and issue resolution.
- Train sales staff on F&I processes and best practices.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Occasionally attend off-site events for Camping World.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products.
- Valid F&I licenses required by state.
- Ability to train finance and sales personnel.
- Menu selling experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, good time management, and professional demeanor.
- Strong closing skills.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. and moving up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
Qualifications
- Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to hit the ground running or willing to learn quickly.

Pay
- Annual salary range: $116,300.00 - $178,400.00
