F&B Supervisor - Outlets | Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a love for hospitality, and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional service. As the F&B Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations at Old Buck's, our Pool Restaurant, and may assist with the oversight of other Food & Beverage outlets as needed. The ideal candidate will have open availability to work weekends and holidays and will be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient operation of F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Manage, train, and mentor staff to ensure productivity, quality, and exceptional customer service.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Monitor the quality of food and beverages, ensuring they meet our high standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, control stock, and minimize waste.
• Organize special events and promotional activities to enhance guest experiences as needed.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior serving and/or bartending experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• TABC and Texas Food Handler’s Certification is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
