Store Manager (Full-Time)

About the role

The Manager-in-Deck (MOD) oversees store performance, ensuring operational excellence and financial profitability. Responsibilities include managing guest services, driving sales, controlling expenses, and supervising staff. They set employee expectations, conduct regular training, recruit and evaluate team members, and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach staff to meet performance goals through effective communication and accountability.
• Analyze business trends, develop strategies to maximize sales, and monitor financial targets.
• Manage store operations, including maintaining cleanliness, merchandising standards, and equipment upkeep.
• Oversee inventory control, including returning unused parts and managing vendor credits.

Qualifications

• At least two years of management or relevant automotive industry experience.
• Proven ability to develop plans and consistently meet sales and profit goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Experience managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and implementing operational improvements.
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility to work multiple days, including Saturdays.

Pay

$50,000 to $80,000 annually.
