Basic Qualifications

  • Experience leading a team in aviation disciplines, Aviation Production relating to Military Aviation or Manufacturing, Structures Manufacturing, Maintenance, Modification, Repair Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.

Job Description

You will be the F‑16 Build Team Associate Manager - Level 4 for the Heavy‑Structures Production team which is responsible for delivering structural components on the F‑16 production line.

What You Will Be Doing

As the F‑16 Build Team Associate Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for overseeing the Heavy‑Structures work‑break‑down‑structure, ensuring schedule, quality, cost, and safety targets are met while developing the next tier of supervisors.

  • Mentor high‑potential technicians and lead‑hands, building their supervisory skills and creating a strong succession pipeline.
  • Manage cost, schedule, and safety performance metrics, driving continuous improvement in production processes.
  • Cooky with the Production Manager and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and align on program objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the work‑break‑down‑structure.
