Basic Qualifications

Experience in a Full Spectrum Leadership code leading other leaders or team leads in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with shop floor operating systems Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Active Secret Clearance required to apply

Job Description

You will be the Associate Manager - Level 4 for the Palmdale Fabrication, Assembly, and Tooling team which is responsible for delivering 5th Generation Edge production excellence.

  • Inspire, motivate, and guide first-line leaders to meet production goals and uphold operational excellence.
  • Oversee fabrication, assembly, and tooling teams to maintain efficient collaboration and top-tier performance.
  • Drive productivity and quality while identifying continuous-improvement opportunities aligned with 5th Generation Edge standards.
  • Allocate resources, balance staffing needs and material flow to meet critical production deadlines.
  • Champion a safe, compliant work environment and enforce rigorous quality-control processes.
