Job Description
You will be the Associate Manager - Level 4 for the Palmdale Fabrication, Assembly, and Tooling team which is responsible for delivering 5th Generation Edge production excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
- Inspire, motivate, and guide first-line leaders to meet production goals and uphold operational excellence.
- Oversee fabrication, assembly, and tooling teams to maintain efficient collaboration and top-tier performance.
- Drive productivity and quality while identifying continuous-improvement opportunities aligned with 5th Generation Edge standards.
- Allocate resources, balance staffing needs and material flow to meet critical production deadlines.
- Champion a safe, compliant work environment and enforce rigorous quality-control processes.
