Job Description

The selected candidate will be a member of the program integration team within Lockheed Martin's Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Skunk Works operating at the Marietta, GA site.

As the Project Management & Planning Operations Representative Senior, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational aspects of ongoing projects, and proactively address various needs of a large organization and respond to operational issues before they become crises.

• Work closely with engineering staffing coordinators to ensure staffing needs are appropriately tracked, personnel are properly equipped to be productive on day one of joining the program, and remain equipped to be effective throughout the program life cycle.
• Collaborate with Information Technology (IT) to ensure hardware and software requirements are identified and delivered in a timely fashion.
• Cook with facilities and security for the development and maintenance of program spaces, including escort support.
• Support generating program operational status for ADP leadership and assisting with special projects as needed, including process improvements.

• Previous leadership experience (L-code not required) and/or exhibiting influence without authority
• Effective communication at all levels, from new hires to leaders
• Demonstrated experience effectively utilizing Aeronautics' HR, IT, Facilities and SCM processes
• Attention to detail and processes, including process improvements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Experience working within a Special Access Program (SAP) environment or Special Access Program Facility (SAPF)
• Experience with classified material control, inventory, marking, and management
