Job Description
You will be the Project Management and Planning Operations Staff - Level 4 for the Project Management and Planning Operations team which is responsible for coordinating build-team activities and ensuring process compliance on Advanced Development Programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Management and Planning Operations Staff - Level 4 you will be responsible for aligning build teams, supporting supervisors and engineers, and driving process-improvement initiatives.
- Identify, coordinate, and align build-team functions supporting major Advanced Development Programs.
- Affiliate floor supervisors and project engineers with business execution tasks, serving as the FOD-prevention point of contact and iCAR coordinator.
- Perform CAM-type duties, including program alignment, information flow, PMT data completion, and internal team goal tracking.
- Promote process compliance and continuous-improvement across the portfolio.
- Communicate status, risks, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
