Operations Engineer Staff (Level 4)

Your Impact

You will be the Operations Engineer Staff (Level 4) for the Operations Engineering team which is responsible for advancing producibility, quality, and continuous-improvement across LM Aero.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead cross-functional projects focused on process definition, mining, and improvement.
• Generate and coordinate project schedules with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Guide project teams to identify solutions, implement changes, and drive initiatives to closure.
• Brief project status and results to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Coach and facilitate continuous-improvement events, applying Lean Six Sigma principles to sustain change.
