Your Impact: The Industrial Engineer Staff (level 4) role will support production operations of the F-16 fighter aircraft. The individual will analyze sequence of operations, workflow, analytics, capacity measurement, and manpower planning to improve efficiencies at Greenville Site Operations. This individual will be relied on to be an expert for more junior IEs in the production operation.
What You Will Be Doing
- Counsults time studies and performs data analysis of the build process, production performance, cost control and reduction, and improvement opportunities using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and other analysis tools.
- Makes sure the development and implementation of changes to schedule, cost, manpower, and workflow are monitored.
- Develops detailed work plans in collaboration with Operations Leadership team, using Microsoft Office products such as PowerPoint, OneNote, and Project.
- Establishes methods for maximum utilization of personnel.
- Facilitates continuous improvement activities and other projects as required.
- Leads projects to improve production processes and internal IE processes as required.
- Mentors other factory IEs

Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering, data analytics, math, or science discipline
