Basic Qualifications

Experience in one of the following areas: Production Planning & Control, Inventory Management, Manufacturing/Production Operations, Procurement, Logistics, or General Management
Knowledge of SAP as a production ERP system
Experience working with Microsoft Project and/or Deltek Open Plan software
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Prior leadership experience
Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance

Summary Of Key Duties

Oversee all work performed by your team and engage to ensure ATLS is being supported to meet organizational commitments on cost & schedule
Determine personnel assignments for team members to effectively develop and maintain lab level schedules
Demonstrate a clear understanding of work in process and be able to clearly and effectively communicate status, issues, and path forward plans to multiple levels of the organization (ATLS Leadership or Production Leadership), as well as communicate schedule and cost performance data to program stakeholders
Perform look ahead analysis to proactively manage potential upcoming conflicts and obstacles in order to minimize any impact to hardware delivery.
Identify process improvements that will prove to reduce production cost and improve schedule performance
Determine the best tools for schedulers to use to maintain and publish schedules as aligned with 1LM priorities
Develop and drive effective metrics to help the ATLS organization achieve its goals related to cost & schedule performance

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience/combined education (16-18 years of experience with no degree)
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Experience in headcount/capacity planning and/or analysis
  • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
  • Experience working with OnePager, Milestones Pro, JIRA, or Tableau
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to proactively identify and drive change
  • Demonstrated experience communicating/briefing executives, leaders, and customers
