Basic Qualifications
Experience in a Aviation Production/Manufacturing environment or Maintenance, Modification, Repair and Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.
Systems (Electrical, Mechanical, Life Support, Etc.) operation knowledge and troubleshooting.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience leading a team(s) to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
Experience with business metrics (cost, schedule, and/or quality).
Job Description
You will be the Manufacturing Associate Manager - Level 4 for the F‑16 Build Team which is responsible for leading and inspiring a skilled team in the completion of F‑16V Block 70 Mate fuselage structures.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead all aspects of the business – safety, quality, schedule, cost, resources, logistics, equipment, and process – to ensure on‑time, FOD‑free production.
- Coach and develop supervisors and team members, fostering continuous improvement and a high‑performing workforce.
- Manage financial control plans, schedules, and EVMS metrics to meet baseline and budget targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with the DCMA customer, FACO team, and Program Office.
- Identify and mitigate manufacturing risks, resolve complex technical issues, and implement corrective action plans quickly.

Desired Skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Ability to create, interpret, and utilize metrics related to performance.
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
- SAP experience or equivalent.
- Ability to understand budget for the department and budget performance expressed in realization and/or durations.
- Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on all executive operations metrics.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing and 5S or 6S methodology and implementation.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
- Prior experience on 4th Generation (F-16/F-15/F-18/Ect.) or 5th Generation platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels.
- Ability to Lead and Operate in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience in manufacturing/production methodologies & Aircraft maintenance techniques.
