Expert Opportunity - Operations Excellence Manager ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About the role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced operations excellence managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You’ll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: capacity planning models, standard operating procedure playbooks, workflow process maps, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, process improvement business cases, and operational readiness checklists.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated capacity planning models, standard operating procedure playbooks, workflow process maps, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, process improvement business cases, and operational readiness checklists.

Requirements

• Proven track record managing capacity planning models, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, or workflow process maps in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Experience authoring standard operating procedure playbooks and process improvement business cases that measurably reduced cost or cycle time.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• 4+ years in operations management, capacity planning, or continuous process improvement.

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote; work on your own schedule. Start date: ASAP.
