About the role

M Resort is seeking a Lead Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and food services.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
• Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or similar field.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with property management systems.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
