Banquet Steward

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware
• Complete pull sheets and fill requisitions
• Deliver cold food, desserts, and hot food to banquet functions
• Run extra items or special requests to Banquets
• Return leftover food items from Banquet functions to the kitchen
• Prepare plates and hotboxes for banquet functions
• Expedite banquet functions

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods
• Must be able to lift moderate weight up to 50 lbs
• Adequate communication skills, both verbal and written
• Previous hospitality or stewarding experience preferred

Pay

The hourly wage for this position is $26.50.
