About the role

Become a key member of the Housekeeping team at The Burks Companies in Bossier City. This role involves managing housekeeping schedules, ensuring cleanliness and organization across all facilities, and communicating effectively with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping schedules and ensure timely cleaning of all assigned areas.
• Ensure all facilities are clean, organized, and meet established standards.
• Communicate effectively with staff and guests regarding housekeeping needs and issues.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to housekeeping services.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a supervisory or management capacity preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
