About the role
Responsible for planning and driving RTM new-channel projects (e.g., DTP), including channel innovation, tapping DTP business potential, overall new-channel development, business negotiations, site access, and channel layout construction.
Responsibilities
- New-channel development and site expansion: Identify and develop new resources in blank DTP pharmacies, dual-channel designated pharmacies, specialty pharmaceutical chains, and off-hospital specialty drug stores within the assigned region. Conduct business visits, partnership negotiations, contract signing, and site access. Plan channel layout and meet annual new-site development targets.
- Channel business negotiations and partnership implementation: Independently negotiate entry conditions, supply models, display resources, sales policies, and inventory rules for DTP stores. Coordinate with headquarters and supply chain to ensure new-product entry, initial stocking, and stable supply. Resolve various obstacles in channel access.
- RTM channel system implementation and operations: Strictly follow HLA RTM retail terminal management standards. Manage developed DTP new channels through archiving, tiered management, and daily maintenance. Control channel pricing, cross-regional sales, displays, and terminal image. Standardize channel order and enhance single-store output and survival rate.
- Data reporting and compliance management: Track and report new-site numbers, stocking progress, sales collections, and inventory turnover. Submit regular channel development reports. Strictly adhere to pharmaceutical industry compliance standards, anti-commercial bribery regulations, and company internal control requirements for full-process compliant operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference for majors in pharmacy, pharmaceutical marketing, biology, or marketing.
- 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical DTP channels, retail chains, or off-hospital specialty drug channel development. Familiarity with East China/Shanghai DTP pharmacy resources is a plus.
- Understanding of DTP dual-channel policies, pharmacy cooperation models, and terminal entry processes. Ability to conduct independent business negotiations and new-site development.
- Strong goal orientation and execution skills. Skilled in cold visits and resource breakthroughs. Able to handle performance pressure and willing to work in the field.
- Experience in RTM or MRT retail channels or self-owned DTP pharmacy resources is preferred.
