EXPERIENCED Debt Collection Recovery Agent

About the role

Seeking applicants with debt-collection experience to work in our Earth City office. This is a fast-paced call-center role assisting consumers through setting up payment processes.

Schedule

Set Monday–Friday schedule with no late nights and no weekend work.

Pay

Starting at $20 per hour, with higher pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Effectively and comfortably handle inbound and outbound calls to consumers regarding overdue accounts
• Utilize problem-solving skills to find customer-specific solutions in difficult situations
• Analyze consumer accounts and negotiate payment/settlement arrangements based on those analyses
• Ensure superior customer service through excellent verbal and written communication
• Notate and maintain accurate, up-to-date information for consumer accounts

Requirements

• 5+ years of collections experience in a high-volume contact center
• Computer proficiency and accurate data-entry skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
