Responsibilities

  • Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis 📈
  • Host at least two open houses each month 🏡
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments 📞
  • Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines 🎤
  • Actively participate in team events and activities 🤝
  • Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls 📚
  • Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of clients ✍️
  • Monitor and manage activities and client information using PLACE Technology 💻

Qualifications

  • Licensed real estate professional 🔥
