Responsibilities
- Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis 📈
- Host at least two open houses each month 🏡
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments 📞
- Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines 🎤
- Actively participate in team events and activities 🤝
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls 📚
- Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of clients ✍️
- Monitor and manage activities and client information using PLACE Technology 💻

- Licensed real estate professional 🔥
