Experience Guide Front Desk Associate & Spa Assistant

About the role

As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you’re the welcoming face of the studio and the friendly guide behind every great guest experience. You’ll help clients check in, learn about the benefits of infrared therapy, fall in love with their self-care routine, and leave feeling their absolute best — every time.

Responsibilities

• Sales! Sales! Sales!
• Greeting guests like they’re old friends (even if it’s their first visit!)
• Sharing the glow — educate guests on the benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy
• Booking sessions, handling transactions, and managing scheduling like a pro
• Recommending memberships and packages that suit each guest’s wellness goals
• Maintaining the studio clean, serene, and stocked with everything needed for a 5-star experience
• Collaborating with your team to hit goals and celebrate the wins
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Requirements

• You’re upbeat, outgoing, and genuinely love helping people feel amazing
• You’re interested in wellness, health, or self-care (bonus points if you already love saunas!)
• You have strong communication skills and aren’t shy about sharing your enthusiasm
• You’re sales-savvy, goal-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
• You’re organized, responsible, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• You’re available for weekdays, evenings or weekend shifts - We are hiring for all types of availability!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Pay

$21,500.00 - $29,250.00 per year

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6:30 am - 9:15 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am - 8:15 pm
