About the role

The Executive Talent Acquisition (Marquee) and Operations Coordinator plays a critical part in Scopely's executive hiring efforts, partnering closely with senior leaders and executive candidates while managing highly confidential information, complex processes, and high-touch candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Cook up and manage executive-level candidate interviews, both virtual and onsite, including complex scheduling across multiple global time zones and travel arrangements for non-local candidates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience.
  • Partner closely with Talent Partners and hiring leaders to drive interview processes forward and maintain momentum across executive searches.
  • Prepare and distribute interview schedules, candidate materials, and briefing documents to interview teams and stakeholders.
  • Own the accuracy and integrity of candidate data, recruiting documentation and reporting across the ATS and other recruiting tools.
  • Own and coordinate executive NDAs, references, background checks, and offer administration to ensure timely completion and a seamless, compliant hiring process.
  • Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle and proactively identify and resolve scheduling or process-related issues.
  • Facilitate candidate travel logistics, onsite interview experiences, and executive recruiting events, including candidate dinners and leadership engagements, ensuring every interaction reflects Scopely's employer brand.
  • Build strong working relationships with executives, Executive Assistants, hiring teams, and cross-functional partners to support successful hiring outcomes.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting coordination processes, candidate experiences, and operational efficiency.
  • Support select Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives by coordinating logistics, maintaining documentation, and helping ensure operational excellence across the recruiting function.
  • Contribute to recruiting process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance candidate experiences, and increase team efficiency through new tools and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting coordination, executive support, or other high-touch coordination roles; executive-level scheduling experience is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through, with a commitment to delivering a world-class candidate experience.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders, Executive Assistants, and cross-functional stakeholders, while handling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a natural curiosity for new tools, technologies, and more efficient ways of working.

Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $22 - $32 USD

Pay

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Schedule

This role is hybrid, working up to four days per week in the office.
