Responsibilities
- Create, post, and manage job requisitions in the ATS and job boards to support hiring demand.
- Maintain accuracy of requisition data, candidate stages, and documentation within systems.
- Review applicant flow and support screening logistics, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Partner with recruiters to ensure consistent pipeline movement and timely hiring outcomes.
- Generate and track offer letters, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal processes.
- Monitor hiring progress against key timelines (time-to-fill, time-to-start).
- Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed, including reporting, system updates, vendor coordination, process documentation, audit preparation, and other recruiting or onboarding-related responsibilities that support business needs.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or onboarding support.
- Experience working within an ATS or HRIS system.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and process discipline.
- Strong communication skills with a candidate-first mindset.
- Ability to problem-solve, troubleshoot, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
