Responsibilities

  • Create, post, and manage job requisitions in the ATS and job boards to support hiring demand.
  • Maintain accuracy of requisition data, candidate stages, and documentation within systems.
  • Review applicant flow and support screening logistics, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure consistent pipeline movement and timely hiring outcomes.
  • Generate and track offer letters, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal processes.
  • Monitor hiring progress against key timelines (time-to-fill, time-to-start).
  • Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed, including reporting, system updates, vendor coordination, process documentation, audit preparation, and other recruiting or onboarding-related responsibilities that support business needs.

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or onboarding support.
  • Experience working within an ATS or HRIS system.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Strong communication skills with a candidate-first mindset.
  • Ability to problem-solve, troubleshoot, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and collaboration tools.

Success Measures

  • Timely and accurate creation and management of requisitions.
  • Reduction in onboarding delays and time-to-start gaps.
  • High completion rates and compliance within onboarding workflows.
  • Strong new hire satisfaction and positive onboarding experience feedback.
  • Operational efficiency through improved processes and documentation.
