Executive Operations Coordinator
Primary Responsibilities
Aid the Senior Operations Coordinator in coordinating all protective operations; take on responsibilities when the Senior Operations Coordinator is absent or off duty.
Offer advice and support to management in planning, staffing, and resource allocation for protective operations, and suggest ways to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Maintain personnel, equipment, funding, and supporting elements to ensure a secure and safe environment for the Executive. Ensure accountability of resources through effective and monitored internal controls.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Operations Coordination Section (OPSCO), manage information used in trip planning, oversee databases, serve as a liaison with staff and other entities, and collaborate closely with senior management.
Create procedures and practices that ensure efficient OPSCO operations, strong internal controls, and evaluate operations to meet requirements.
Prepare written reports and brief management on issues affecting OPSCO. Use Information Technology (IT) systems including databases and spreadsheets to collect, organize, analyze, and process information related to OPSCO activities.
Evaluate and recommend purchases of IT products and systems to improve OPSCO's information management capabilities. Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including spreadsheets and databases.
Analyze and interpret complex laws and contractual requirements related to security operations. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing to provide advice, guidance, and direction.

Education And/or Experience
A college degree in a related field or extensive experience in protective services is preferred. Government contracting experience is desired.
Minimum of five (5), preferably seven (7), years of experience working in protective services, tactical operations centers, watch or command centers, protective security supervisory or in-charge capacity, or overseas security programs.
Experience with intelligence, threat, vulnerability, and risk analysis, military or law enforcement planning cells, and knowledge of budget policies, directives, regulations, and funding structures is beneficial.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook E-mail business software.
Ability to work as a team member, builder, and leader. Self-motivated, capable of working in a fast-changing environment, and able to produce positive results with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently. Current US Government TOP SECRET clearance with SCI access approval.

Work Environment
General office environment. Some travel both domestically and internationally may be required based on business demands.
