About the role
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of the business. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone at an early stage in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain exposure to different areas of operations.
Responsibilities
- Aid in documenting and improving internal processes
- Identify inefficiencies and support the implementation of improvements
- Support the execution of operational and cross-team initiatives
- Cook up coordination and communication with internal teams (sales, support, logistics)
- Ensure deadlines and priorities are clear and followed
- Act as a point of contact to support smooth day-to-day collaboration
- Aid with basic tracking of metrics and operational data
- Support reporting and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain organization across tools, documents, and workflows
- Support sales operations with coordination and follow-ups
- Aid with customer-related processes when needed
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Aid with shipping coordination and inventory tracking
- Support basic logistics and operational tasks
- Help with light office or warehouse-related activities when required
Requirements
