About the role
We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team in our Denver, CO office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing firm.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Operations Director in monthly client and internal billing
- Implementing operational initiatives and software as required
- Reporting weekly and monthly operational metrics and other KPIs to Leadership Team
- Providing reporting and operational insights to various teams regarding status and quality of work
- Supports and coordinates Client Onboarding process
- Performs office and other administrative responsibilities as required for the Director of Operations and Leadership Team
- Performing other activities as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–4 years’ experience in operations, admin, and/or project coordination required
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and operational software
- Experience with reporting, analytics, and billing support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to support client onboarding and software/operational initiatives
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to work with clients and internally with team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational, planning and time management skills
