Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the CMO's operational right hand, ensuring priorities, communications, and initiatives move forward without friction.
- Manage a complex, rapidly evolving calendar, resolving conflicts and aligning priorities.
- Manage a high-volume executive inbox, prioritizing requests and ensuring timely follow-through.
- Draft polished communications in the CMO's voice with professionalism and accuracy.
- Act as a trusted liaison between the CMO, leadership team, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive company information with absolute discretion and sound judgment.
Marketing Operations & Research
- Keep marketing projects, campaigns, and strategic initiatives on track through effective project management, goal tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
- Evaluate, implement, and master new technologies that improve team productivity.
- Conduct market, competitor, and vendor research, translating findings into actionable insights.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries to support decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to draft concise, professional correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Thrives in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly.
- Experience preparing executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and business analyses.
- Experience coordinating vendors, budgets, contracts, and operational processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within healthcare, pharmacy, telehealth, wellness, biotechnology, or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to marketing operations, campaign execution, project management, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with project management tools, CRM platforms, and marketing technologies such as Asana, Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and marketing analytics.
- Professional certification in project management, executive administration, or business operations is a plus.
