The company is reinventing the stellarator using computer-controlled arrays of planar coils thereby replacing the intricate, complex modular magnets required in all other stellarator architectures. Position Overview
We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO to keep the CEO focused on Thea Energy's highest priorities and ensure their days run smoothly. You’ll lead complex calendar stewardship, coordinate mission-critical logistics, and partner closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and Company leadership to create clarity, flow, and follow-through across internal and external engagements. This is an in-person role with regular collaboration across executive leaders and staff.
Key Responsibility Areas
Calendar
- Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings and trips
- Collaboratively ensure that use of time is aligned with real-time priorities of the company with minimal friction
- Anticipate needs, and issues before they arise
Communication
- Serve as a point of contact between the executive team and various internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and triage inbound communications
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, communications, and other materials
Coordination
- Track action items and follow-ups, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Arrange trips, events, team meetings, and offsite activities as required

Ideal Experience & Skillsets
7+ years experience supporting CEOs in high-growth organizations
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
Highly structured and process-driven, with a speed and execution mindset
Ability to manage competing priorities across internal teams and external stakeholders
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Startup experience strongly preferred; comfort with ambiguity, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proactive, self-directed, and solutions-oriented
Tech-savvy: fluent in Microsoft Office, Google workspace, Slack, Asana, and similar tools; quick to learn new software
High integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
Bachelor's degree or greater

Salary range $125,000-$165,000
