About the role

Founded in 2021, Slash powers over three billion dollars a year in business purchasing across numerous industries and is backed by leading investors including Menlo Ventures, NEA, Y Combinator, Stanford University, and the founders of Tinder and Plaid. Based in San Francisco, Slash has a strong in-person culture and is growing rapidly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy, constantly evolving calendar, proactively prioritizing meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and protecting focus time
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries
  • Maintain the CEO's inbox for scheduling requests and ensure timely responses and follow-up
  • Handle a wide range of administrative requests, including appointments, reservations, and other personal and professional logistics
  • Plan and coordinate company events such as offsites, team dinners, all-hands meetings, and executive gatherings
  • Support office management and day-to-day operational logistics as needed
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs, proactively solving problems before they arise
  • Serve as a reliable point of coordination across internal teams and external partners
  • Occasionally provide administrative support to other team members, including coordinating travel and schedules for conferences, customer meetings, and other business events

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO or other C-suite executive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage a demanding, constantly changing calendar with sound judgment and attention to detail
  • Strong experience coordinating complex travel logistics and itineraries
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Calm under pressure and resourceful when navigating last-minute changes
  • Flexible and available to accommodate occasional off-hours requests related to travel or urgent business needs
  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

Qualifications

  • Nice to have (but not required): Experience supporting a founder or executive at a high-growth startup
  • Experience planning company events or executive offsites
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and modern productivity tools
