Responsibilities

  • Proactive and independent support of the management team in organizational and administrative matters
  • Professional communication with partners, suppliers, and internal contacts
  • Cordination of appointments, meetings, and business trips

Requirements

  • Completed commercial education (e.g. HAK, HBLA or comparable)
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong organizational talent as well as excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Experience in finance, accounting, and controlling is considered an advantage
  • Professional appearance, discretion, and diplomatic skills
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Additional foreign language skills, especially Hungarian, are considered an advantage
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Technical understanding or interest in technical topics is an advantage
  • Driving license category B and willingness to travel occasionally for business

Qualifications
