Serves as a critical extension of senior leadership, ensuring executive time is protected, organized, and aligned to business priorities.

Manages complex calendars and competing demands, acting as a gatekeeper for time, meetings, and scheduling priorities.

Captures and coordinates executive communications, meeting preparation, and follow-up to ensure execution is accurate and timely.

Supports alignment across leadership initiatives by organizing materials, meetings, and deliverables tied to key business priorities.

Anticipates needs and proactively addresses scheduling, logistical, and operational issues before they impact leadership effectiveness.

Background that Fits

  • 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders in fast-paced, high-touch environments requiring strong judgment and discretion.
  • Proven experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong experience in professional services, corporate services, or another structured business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, travel coordination, executive communications, and shifting priorities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior leaders, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to function as a trusted partner to leadership with a proactive, anticipatory, and highly organized approach.
