About The Role The Executive Assistant (EA) plays a vital role in supporting our C-level executives by providing strategic, high-impact, and confidential administrative assistance. This role is essential in enabling executives to operate efficiently by managing complex priorities, anticipating needs, exercising sound judgment, and representing the executive’s office in interactions with internal and external stakeholders. The EA functions with significant autonomy, discretion, and decision-making authority, serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional planned travel to our Southfield, Michigan office. The role involves managing executive calendars, preparing briefing materials, coordinating meetings and events, handling sensitive information, and supporting cross-functional projects. The EA will also oversee logistics for domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless execution of all activities related to the executive’s responsibilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered7+ years of executive-level administrative support experienceAt least 3 years supporting VP-level or higher executivesExperience in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed organizations strongly preferredProficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)Exceptional judgment, discretion, and decision-making skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication capabilitiesStrong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to operate independentlyAbility to build relationships across all organizational levelsComfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments Responsibilities Partner with and provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team, including SVPs and VPsAct as a liaison between C-level executives, senior leadership, board members, and external partnersProactively manage complex, high-volume calendars, balancing priorities with diplomacy and business acumenDraft, edit, and refine executive correspondence, presentations, decision memos, and talking pointsManage internal and external communications, escalating or resolving urgent matters as neededHandle highly sensitive organizational, personnel, and financial information with discretionPlan, organize, and coordinate executive meetings, board sessions, strategic reviews, and leadership off-sitesCoordinate complex travel arrangements, ensuring logistics are aligned with executive preferences and organizational needsLead and support cross-functional projects, tracking progress and ensuring alignment with milestones and KPIsIdentify process improvements within the executive office, implementing best practices for documentation and communicationProvide mentorship or guidance to administrative staff across the organization as appropriateExercise independent judgment in prioritizing workflows and making operational decisionsRepresent the executive in addressing inquiries, disputes, or confidential matters professionally Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement plan with company matchParental leave and adoption assistanceTuition reimbursement programsPaid time off and holiday leaveNonstandard benefits aimed at supporting work-life balance and employee well-being Equal Opportunity Credit Acceptance is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
