About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Support professional to join our Clinical Services Group and U.S. Sales & Marketing organization. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing correspondence and presentations, and supporting meetings and events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
