Executive Assistant
About the role
This role involves managing schedules, drafting correspondence, assisting leadership, and supporting new hires. The ideal candidate should have experience integrating AI into work processes and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments, plan meetings, and maintain complex calendars
- Draft and prepare routine and advanced correspondence including emails, presentations, and reports
- Review and ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper signatures of outgoing correspondence
- Auxiliary leadership and organizations by optimizing time usage
- Make decisions regarding short-term priorities and work activities
- Arrange travel and obtain necessary travel documents
- Identify and address issues within the organization
- Support new hires with processes including expense reporting and travel systems
- Compile, prepare, and process Leadership expenses and credit card reconciliation
Qualifications
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- At least 10 years of experience supporting VP-level roles
- Exceptionally organized with excellent communication and project management skills
- Desire to grow and take on personal projects
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Office, Box, Concur, and Google Docs
Benefits
The base pay range for this role is $104,400 - $172,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs are offered.
