Executive Assistant
This role supports two Vice Presidents and will be based in our Dallas, Nashville, Chicago, Raleigh, or Boston office.
About the role
The Executive Assistant will provide high-impact administrative and organizational support to senior leaders within the Software & Services organization. This role requires sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment while enabling effective leadership, coordination, and execution.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end calendar, travel, and meeting management for two senior executives
- Coordination of leadership meetings, offsites, and executive workshops (agenda, materials, logistics, follow-ups)
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and executive correspondence
- Track priorities, actions, and deliverables to ensure follow-through
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
- Partner closely with other EAs, HR, Finance, and TA teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant supporting senior leaders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Comfortable supporting leaders across geographies and time zones
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word)

Pay
For this U.S.-based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. Individual pay is determined by performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
