About The Role The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, facilities, and operational support to help the organization function efficiently and effectively. You will support senior leadership, manage office operations, coordinate facilities utilization, and help maintain a secure, well-organized, and well-equipped work environment. You will perform varied administrative work under limited supervision, using specialized and multi-skilled capabilities developed through job-related training and significant on-the-job experience. The role may involve handling confidential information and serving as a first point of contact for the manager or department. This position is fully onsite in Alpharetta, Georgia, Monday through Friday (five days per week). Responsibilities Managing calendars, appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements to optimize the time and effectiveness of senior leaders and department employees.Answering telephone, email, and mail inquiries; providing routine information; and directing complex matters to the appropriate colleagues.Initiating internal and external communications to convey requests, provide instructions, or obtain information on behalf of senior colleagues.Responding to routine correspondence using approved templates and tailoring responses for less common requests when needed.Preparing letters, memoranda, reports, and related documents using standard office software and detailed instructions.Producing, updating, and supporting Microsoft documents, databases, and departmental systems.Supporting administrative processes such as purchasing materials, entering budget information, and recording time and expenses.Receiving and screening visitors, answering routine questions, providing information, and directing requests appropriately.Supporting straightforward procurement activities by following established procedures.Coordinating office operations, facilities utilization, mailing and shipping, and workplace readiness.Developing working knowledge of relevant organizational policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and codes of conduct, and following required standards.Organizing your own work schedule, coordinating with support services, and assigning short-term tasks to others when necessary.Building and maintaining process and technical skills through assessment, development planning, training, and coaching.Performing all other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.One or more years of relevant administrative experience.Clear verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with email, calendars, scheduling tools, instant messaging, standard office equipment, and common office software.Ability to prepare clear reports and professional documents for different audiences.Strong organization, prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.Working knowledge of office operations, including mailing and shipping, visitor management, and related policies and procedures.Digital literacy and awareness of workplace safety, privacy, and ethical requirements.Ability to use page-layout or desktop publishing software to create documents.Customer service skills with a focus on making people feel heard, valued, and confident in the support provided. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $98,600. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
