Executive Assistant
What You’ll Do
- Provide executive support to two Vice Presidents, managing complex calendars, competing priorities, meeting logistics, and other activities that enable leaders to operate effectively.
- Support and coordinate projects and initiatives by tracking milestones and deliverables, organizing information, identifying follow-up needs.
- Create polished executive presentations and materials, including PowerPoint decks, business reviews, dashboards, briefing documents, meeting materials, and other communications.
- Cook up leadership meetings and operating rhythms, including business reviews, leadership meetings, offsites, and organizational events. Develop agendas, organize pre-reads. Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively, exercising sound judgement and discretion when navigating sensitive information, competing priorities, and changing business needs.
- Improve how work gets done by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative and operational processes, strengthen leadership routines, and create more efficient workflows.
- Perform other executive support responsibilities and special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience providing high-level executive, administrative, project, or business operations support in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to develop polished, executive-ready presentations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to synthesize complex information into clear, concise communications.
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Able to work independently, anticipate needs, solve problems, and adapt as priorities change.
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across organizational levels.
Location
Location: We will consider qualified candidates residing near any of our designated company hub locations.
Pay
Annual Salary: $25.95 - $50.36
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
