About the role
Attindas Hygiene Partners designs, manufactures, and markets absorbent hygiene products, including adult incontinence and infant diapers, for healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels under brands such as Attends, Indas, and Comfees, as well as private label brands. We champion health, dignity, and comfort, aiming to be a global leader in absorbent hygiene by meeting diverse consumer needs through effective, affordable, and widely available personal care solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives’ complex schedules, including meetings, appointments, and domestic/international travel arrangements.
- Administer executives’ and employees’ expense reports.
- Prepare requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices for processing.
- Oversee office administration, including vendor/supplier coordination, preferred hotel arrangements, property management, and contract maintenance.
- Coordinate office space allocation, reconfiguration, interiors/furniture, and lease agreements.
- Implement and monitor administrative procedures, including catering, event planning, and company announcements.
- Prepare email/letter correspondence, contracts, agreements, presentation materials, and other business documents.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
- Maintain filing systems and document tracking.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- AA degree or BA/BS in Business Administration or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as an executive assistant to senior-level executives, with the ability to work independently and learn quickly.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with expertise in calendaring and domestic/international travel arrangements.
- Team player capable of interacting with all staff levels in a dynamic environment while remaining flexible.
- Proficiency with computers, office equipment, and software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
