Responsibilities

• Develop innovative investigative strategies in support of NFA's regulatory mission.
• Monitor Member financial institutions through examinations, financial report analysis, and investigations.
• Analyze documents, procedures, and financial statements with a critical and detail-oriented approach.
• Evaluate findings for possible compliance deficiencies or rule violations.
• Provide insight on corrective actions Members must take.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented major.
• Nine credit hours of accounting, including an intermediate accounting class (must be completed by the start date if not already finished).
• At least six credit hours of accounting completed at the time of application.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Alignment with NFA's values: approachability, trustworthiness, courtesy, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Overall GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale preferred.
• Strong leadership skills preferred (e.g., strategic thinking, accountability, fostering learning).

Pay

Salary range: $59,900 - $99,900
