As an unrivaled contracting leader for over 50 years, we transform landscapes through diverse projects ranging from roadways and bridges to water infrastructure and environmental restoration. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on future generations and the communities they call home.
Responsibilities

- Administer user access, security permissions, and system configuration, applying appropriate controls to reduce risk.
- Coordinate with the Spectrum vendor and IT on troubleshooting, upgrades, and escalations.
- Support department power users with appropriate self-service access while maintaining system integrity.
- Write and optimize SQL queries against Spectrum and related databases to support reporting needs.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards, partnering with the Data & Automation team.
- Troubleshoot and repair existing Spectrum-adjacent reports, and rebuild those that no longer meet business needs.
- Support API integrations and system connectivity between Spectrum and other business applications.
- Develop Power Query solutions and contribute to broader automation projects.
- Contribute to Data & Automation team initiatives and the Spectrum project backlog.
- Document key processes, administrative procedures, and reporting logic to build institutional knowledge and reduce risk from staff transitions.
- Maintain clear, current documentation so work is transparent, maintainable, and easy to hand off.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, basic performance considerations).
- Interest or experience in reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Power Query).
- Familiarity with API integrations and system connectivity concepts, or strong aptitude to learn them.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort learning a new enterprise system through training, documentation, and vendor support.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with all departments.
- Prior ERP experience — particularly with Viewpoint Spectrum — is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable balancing reactive support work with longer-term projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience — preferably with SQL, reporting/BI tools, or systems administration — through prior roles, internships, coursework, or personal projects.
- Prior ERP or Viewpoint Spectrum experience is a plus, but not required.
